PILDAT says Feb 8 polls record lowest fairness score since 2013

Death toll rises to 136 in Egypt’s rival clashes

A man in wheelchair ignited an explosion at Beijing International airport

  Wheelchair man caught on terminal cameras moment before igniting explosion. BEIJING : Chinese news agency Xinhua reported that a man in wheelchair has ignited a home made explosive device out side arrivals exit at Beijing’s international airport only injuring himself.  The explosion which came about at 6:24 pm at the airport's Terminal 3, caused no other injuries. No flights were affected by the incident and that the situation had returned to normal.  The man was identified only as Chinese and is being treated for his wounds.

The findings of commission are based on 203 publicly-reported incidents resulting in more than 1,800 casualties, including over 700 deaths.
