Karachi : Sindh government has banned pillion riding and aerial firing for 12 hours on the eve of new year in Karachi. The ban will come in effect from sunset today till sunrise tomorrow but women, children under 12, journalist and old citizen are exempted from it.

CNG Cylinder Blasts in Minibus, Kills one in Karachi

Carnage after explosion of CNG Cylinder Karachi : A CNG Cylinder in a Minibus blasted while refueling at a gas station kill one and injured three at Abul Hassan Isfhani road near Gulshan e Iqbal. The blast was so powerful that it damaged rear side of the bus, three other vehicles, shattering windowpanes of nearby buildings and partially damaging the filing station.

Warid Telecom to launch 4G LTE services in Pakistan

Islamabad : Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has accepted the plea of Ward Telecom to permit it to launch 4 G services in the country. With this, Ward Telecom has become second company to acquire the 4G licence after China Mobile company Zong.
