PILDAT says Feb 8 polls record lowest fairness score since 2013

  The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.

Abu Dhabi : Pakistan cricket captain Misbah ul Haq breaks the record of Sir Vavin Richards by scoring fastest ever fifty and century in a test match. Misbah ul Haq, generally known in Pakistan as "Mr Tuk, Tuk" has played a fantastic knock of 101 in only 56 deliveries by hitting 5 sixes and 11 fours. Misbah scored his fifty in only 21 balls by hitting 4x4 and 4x6 by becoming the fastest scorer of fifty and century in test cricket.

South Africa in a good lead after Tahir took 5 wickets

Imran Tahir in his delivery stride (Photo ESPN ) Dubai : South Africa are in a good grip of 2nd Test against Pakistan after Imran Tahir took his best 5 wickets for 32 runs.  Earlier Pakistan won the toss and decided to bat first, their decision took them by surprise as Imran Tahir bowled his carrier best and Pakistani's were all out on 99 runs in their first innings.

Pakistan grips well on second day of first test

Pakistan enjoys the lead of 14 runs over South Africa with 7 wickets in hand.

Pakistan beats Zimbabwe by 221 runs

Today, Zimbabwe started their match on overnight score of 13/1 but couldn't hold their fall of wickets and Pakistani spinners Abdul Rehman and Saeed Ajmal took 4 wickets each.

Warid Telecom to launch 4G LTE services in Pakistan

Islamabad : Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has accepted the plea of Ward Telecom to permit it to launch 4 G services in the country. With this, Ward Telecom has become second company to acquire the 4G licence after China Mobile company Zong.
