PILDAT says Feb 8 polls record lowest fairness score since 2013

  The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.

Tassaduq Hussain Jillani is known as "Gentleman Judge" will be replacing current "activist" judge Chaudry Iftikhar Huassain who became famous after taking up a coup against former army general and chief executive of Pakistan general Pervaiz Musharaff.

Pakistan names new Army Chief

New Army General Rehel Sharif is said to be the brother of a dead war hero,  ISPR Islamabad : Pakistan has named General Rahel Sharif as its new army chief in place of General Ashfaq Pervaiz Kiyani who is retiring this month. General Sharif is said to be the brother of a dead war hero, according to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), which also released the time less photo of new army general.

Malala Yousafzai is a 14 year Pakistani girl who survived an attack by gunmen in Sawat, Pakistan This Saturday, after a long weekend, I found myself much tired and as I soon as I leaned on my bed my phone popped up with different messages and I was shocked to see that same messages was being forwarded from different sources. The Message was about Pakistani girl Malala Yousafzai, which stated that actually Malala was not a Pakistani girl but she was born in Poland and later on, through Christian missionaries, she was brought in Pakistan and handed over to a Pakistani couple who was also converted to Christianity. Malala's actual name is Jane. 

Fight between Salfi Militia and government forces, 9 killed in Benghazi

A man was wounded after gunmen open fire on a protest which demanded Militia to leave the city Benghazi, Libya: The fresh violence in Benghazi has claimed more lives as the fresh fight between Salfi militia group Ansar-ul-Sharia and government loyal forces has erupted, according Xinhua news agency. In the fresh fight at least 9 people have been killed and 54 injured, the clashes started after an attack on a special services military check post early in the morning which followed by more severe attacks by military.
