Cairo : Egyptian court has ordered to detain Mohammad Morsi for 15 days over pending investigations into prison breaks and attacks during 2011 uprising, Aharam online reported.
However, Muslim Brotherhood has condemned the decision of the top court by saying that the court was acting at the behest of army officials.
Mohammad Morsi along dozens of the members of Muslim Brotherhood escaped from prison during 18 days uprising of 2011 which forced out his rival Hosni Mubarak.
A Leading Muslim Brotherhood member Essam El-Erian said the decision to detain Mohammad Morsi showed Egypt has a true "fascist military regime."
