The coronavirus pandemic has really brought out the best and worst in people. With Sindh in lockdown, it’s understandable that people are concerned but sometimes it gets alarming; we’ve heard enough cases of people emptying out stores, hoarding on groceries and making profit off selling sanitiser.
But where there is panic, there are also those who are out to do good and Murad Ali Shah gave us an example of one.
The Chief Minister took to Twitter to share the heartwarming news of an anonymous one million rupee donation to the Sindh Coronavirus Emergency Fund.
The one million cheque accompanied by a handwritten letter from 88 years old anonymous donor who said he donated his life savings for the purpose to fight the epidemic.
