This is the result of speed test checked on one of the 3G testing company
With the successful launch of 3G/4G services in Pakistan few companies have started their trial services which are free to use. Among such companies is Telenor Pakistan which is followed by Mobilink.

Followed by Zong, Warid and Ufone, the mobile companies of Pakistan are already testing 3G services at major cities of Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi and Lahore, soon followed by other major cities of Pakistan.

What are 3G/4G services and on which Phones they run

3G/4G services are actually very fast internet services which could only be provided on 3G/4G compatible handsets as they could not run on ordinary handsets.

You can only check compatibility of your handset with 3G/4G networks by checking the network specification of your handset on Whatmobile or Gsm arena sites or manufacture's sites.

For example, Samsung SIII set is compatible with 3G services and you can check this set's specifications on either Whatmobile, GSM Arean or on Samsung mobile's own site.

Check this example of Samsung S III CDMA taken from GSM Arena site

General 2G Network CDMA 800 / 1900 - SGH-I535, SPH-L710
3G Network CDMA2000 1xEV-DO - SGH-I535, SPH-L710
4G Network LTE 700 MHz Class 13 - SGH-I535
  LTE 1900 - SPH-L710

This Samsung SIII model SGH-I535 is made for Verizon and is compatible on all type of networks.

Checking 3G/4G Services Availability in Your City

Cellular companies are already rolling out 3G/4G services in major cities, it is advised to check these services on regular basis to avail these free services on your mobile sets.

To enable the 3G/4G services on your Android phones go to settings

Settings:More:Mobile Networks:Network Mode : select "WCDMA(prefferd)/GSM"  : Now go back to "Mobile Networks" screen and click on " Service Providers" at this point your phone will search all available networks (both 2G and 3G) available at your location. Now see the results.

Which will show the results like :

                               2G  Telenor PK

                               3G  Telenor PK

                                2G PK-UFONE

                                3G PK-UFONE

.... and so on, here you have to click 3G network according to your sim card and enjoy free and fast net on your set.

Import to note that although mobile companies are giving free internet services which are on trial basis but you should keep eye on your balance also.
