Medics Rescue Injured after Mosque Attack in Christchurch
Christchurch : Terror attack on two Muslim Mosques killed more than 49 people here in Christchurch New Zealand. The attacks took place while Muslims were engaged in Friday prayers.

The Guardian Newspaper reported that Right wing extremist 'Brenton Tarrant' was one of the attackers who carried out the attack on the one of the Mosques. Before carrying out attack, Brenton Tarrant, wrote a manifesto and shared the attack video live on his twitter account which is now deleted.

Brenton Tarrant, now identified an Australian citizen, came from the northern New South Wales town of Grafton, outlines his motivations: including to “create an atmosphere of fear” and to “incite violence” against Muslims while offering up autobiographical details.

Brenton entitles his document ‘The Great Replacement’ and his manifesto also cites ‘Darren Osbourne’ an apparent reference to Darren Osborne, who was jailed for life for his murderous attack on Muslims at London’s Finsbury Park mosque in June 2017.

The Bangladesh Cricket team members were also praying in one the mosques at the time of attack. According to Bangladesh team officials, all the team members were safe.

Bangladesh has also announced to end the current New Zealand tour after the attack.
