Israeli Forces Killed 52 and wounded more than 1200 Palestinians on the Eve of controversial US embassy opening in Jerusalem

Thousand of Palestinians protest on Gaza Border as Israeli forces seen shelling on the protestors
Jerusalem: As thousands of Palestinians gathered to protest controversial opening of  U.S embassy in Jerusalem, Israeli troops fired live bullets and shelling to disperse the protest in the result killing more than 52 Palestinians and wounding more than 1200 as far current reports by Western Media houses.

The relocation of U.S embassy was planned today Monday, May 14, 2018.

Thousands had gathered near the border in protest while smaller numbers of stone-throwing Palestinians were approaching the fence and trying to break through, with Israeli snipers positioned on the other side.

The inauguration that follows US President Donald Trump's deeply controversial December 6 recognition of the disputed city as Israel's capital also comes at a time of heightened regional tensions.

It follows Trump's announcement last week that the United States is withdrawing from the Iran nuclear deal and Israeli strikes two days later on dozens of Iranian targets in Syria.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who has repeatedly called Trump's decision “historic”, welcomed them at a reception on Sunday.

“Jerusalem has been the capital of the Jewish people for the past 3,000 years,” he said. “It's been the capital of our state for the past 70 years. It will remain our capital for all time.”

Saeb Erekat, Palestine Liberation Organisation secretary-general, called it a “hostile act against international law”.

Many Nations along with UN General Assembly has condemned the relocation of U.S embassy in Jerusalem fearing that this could be the flashing point to trigger the world war three.

Update: Taking at United Nations' Security Council Arab representative Rydh told the media that this seems strange to open an embassy to promote peace by United States but actually what happen is that Palestinians are recovering corpses on the other side of the borders.

On the other hand no Arab nation has yet condemned the US or Israeli action so for, Turkey has condemned the US action as counter productive in peace process.
