Egyptian formal army chief and sole presidential favorite Abdul Fattah al-Sisi has vowed that if he wins the presidential elections he will wipe out the Muslim Brotherhood.

Former Army general,  Abdul Fatah al-Sisi removed  Egypt's first ever democratically elected President Mohammed Morsi from power by a coup in last  July.

Muhammad Morsi was jailed by General Sisi last year
The Egyptian elections are due on 26-27 May and Sisi is largely expected to win the elections as their remains no major player in the opposition. With Muslim Brotherhood ousted, Sisi's only opponent in the race is the leftist politician Hamdeen Sabahi.

Like all army dictators in Muslim world, Sisi had also denied that he had any political ambitions when he ousted President Morsi and launched a violent crackdown on his party Muslim Brotherhood killing hundreds and thousands had been jailed and Brotherhood was named terrorist organization.

Egypt has been ruled by military since 1950s, a line briefly broken by democratically elected president Muhammad Mursi who was about a year in the office.
