Chittagong, Bangladesh :  South Africa achieves a sensational victory over New Zealand to stay up in the competition.

Earlier, New Zealand won the toss and decided to field first. South Africa scored 170/6 wickets, Duminy remained not out on 86 from 43 balls by hitting 3 sixes and 10 fours.

In reply, New Zealand opener Williamson scored 51 runs from 35 balls but main bulk of runs were scored by Taylor who scored 62 runs from 37 balls.

Although, Taylor was a big hope for New Zealand but he failed his team for not scoring 7 runs in last over, although he unluckily was kept on the other end and was only exposed in the last ball of the innings in which 3 runs were needed by his team to secure the win but he merely played back towards  Steyn who immediately plugged off the stumps to run out him.

Steyn bowled superbly and took 4 wickets by giving 17 runs.

Duminy of South Africa was  awarded player of the match.
