NASA is being sued by a Scientist Rhawn Joseph after he thinks that NASA failed to to investigate a white rock which is now famous as "Jelly doughnut" on Mars for signs of alien life, reported USA Today.

According to lawsuit, Joseph wants NASA to take at least 100 high-resolution pictures of the rock and make each picture public and if the photographs help researches determine that the rock has alive than Joseph said NASA must publicly acknowledge that he made the discovery.

The rock is called "Pinnacle Island", which was confirmed by scientists earlier this month and was discovered by NASA's Opportunity rover.
