Pilgrims Bus after Bomb blast |
Karachi : A complete shut down is being observed in the city due to protest calls by Shia and Sunni faction after killings of Shia pilgrims and Sunni Ulema few days ago.
On the other hand, the activists and leaders of Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen (MWM), Shia Ulema Council (SUC) and other organisations continued country wide sit-in in protest of Mastung carnage where about 30 shia pilgrims were killed in a bomb attack on the bus.
The protest blocked the roads in Karachi, Hyderabad, Khairpur, Sukkur, Multan, Attock and many other cities country wide, halting road, rail and air transport.
Meanwhile government has started military operation in Mastung, Baluchistan late night by blocking all roads leading from the city.
The sectarian killing has increased in the country and some analyst connect it to the US pull out from the Afghanistan this year.
