PILDAT says Feb 8 polls record lowest fairness score since 2013

  The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.

New Taliban Chief returns Pakistan to lead insurgency

Dera Ismail Khan: New Taliban Commander, Mullah Fazlullah comes back in Pakistan from Afghanistan to lead insurgency.

According to intelligence agencies, Molvi Fazlullah came back from a secret hide out from Afghanistan where he fled after Pakistani military's operation in Swat valley where he wanted to implement his own brand of Islamic Shariah.

Fazlullah is know a hard line Taliban who oppose any talks with Pakistan. He was made commander of Tahreek-e-Taliban Pakistan after the killing of Hakimullah Mahsud by U.S drone attack.
