India vs South Africa first test, Was that a fixed match

Indian players shake hand with South African batsman Philandar after the test was ended in draw.
Johannesburg : No one but only the Cricket has lost in South Africa vs India match, as spectators were stunned by seeing that South Africa deliberately pushed to an easy win towards draw.

South Africans became so much fearful that despite of 3 wickets they deliberately did not tried to get 16 runs in 16 balls. It was very astonishing move by South African Captain to not go for win which not only shocked not only the cricket lovers but their opponents (Indians) as well.
The cricket lovers are shocked on such a bad sportsman ship by world number one team. At least they should have tried for the victory no matter who wins or loses but they didn't.

ICC should inquired into the matter that why South Africans deliberately pushed the match to wards draw where they were in a clear position to win.

Strangest of the strangest thing is that both teams blamed each other that other team did not tried seriously to win the match.
