The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.
Islamabad: A Pakistan Army Captain was killed and a soldier was wounded by the unprovoked firing of Indian troops across border, Pakistan Military said.
According to Pakistan Army statement, which said that Captain Sarfraz was killed “due to Indian troops' unprovoked shelling at Shakma sector on line of control.”, reported Dawn News.
Tensions has increased recently between two South Asian atomic neighbors with several soldiers killed on both side due to cross border firings.
