PILDAT says Feb 8 polls record lowest fairness score since 2013

  The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.

Islamabad :  An armed man along with his two children and wife has hijacked the capital city since last three hours.

Although his demands are vogue and unknown, yet police and administration are trying to capture him and save the lives of his wife and children.

Local media is covering the incident live on all Pakistani channels in which a man armed with two guns is seen sitting in a black car and two children are seen playing around but only concerned about the situation seems to be gunman's wife which is seen as negotiating with police and the gunman.

The gunman's name is Sikandar, according to media, and seems to be a drug addict, he has two marriages but accompanied by one wife.

The gunman is seen sitting in front passenger door with an automatic gun as police and law enforcement agencies surround him.

MQM's Nabil Gabool and SSP Islamabad police are seen negotiating them as few channels were reported to took him on phone.
