PILDAT says Feb 8 polls record lowest fairness score since 2013

  The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.

Kolkata : Pakistan beats India in second one day wrapping the three match series by 2-0. After winning the toss India decided to field first on a flat batting wicket where Pakistani openers Muhammad Hafeez and Nasir Jamshed after grabbing the good opportunity gave a very good start of 141. 


Muhammad Hafeez scored 76 runs and Nasir Jamshaid scored 106 runs, despite a very good start Pakistan team went all out in 49th over on 250 runs.

India did not launched with a good start and wickets kept falling continuously as Pakistani bowlers, Irfan, Junaid Khan and Umer Gul bowled very well and later on, spinners took the charge as Hafeez, Akmal and Malik helped collapse the whole Indian team.

Indian Captain MS Dhoni gave a good resistant and kept one Indian end intact but other end continued its collapse. Dhoni remained not out on 54 as whole Indian team went down on 165 runs.

Pakistan won the match by 85 runs.

Pakistani opener Nasir Jamshed was awarded player of the match.

Both Saeed Ajmal and Junaid Khan took three wickets each and Umer Gul took 2 valuable Indian wickets.
