PILDAT says Feb 8 polls record lowest fairness score since 2013

  The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.

Lahore : Despite of apologizing the Nation on alleged decision by supreme court that IJI than lead by Nawaz Sharif was funded by establishment to rig the elections in 1990, Sharif Brothers on other hand open the Pandora box by answering in a tit for tat mode that around 250 Millions were spent by establishment in 1993 to rig the elections which resulted in IJI defeat.


Speaking with media secreteray of PML N Mushahidullah Khan demanded that a turth and reconcilation committe should be establish to find the facts in all poll rigging in the past. 

He defended his party by saying that former president Ishaque Khan, Army Chief General Aslam Baig and ISI  Chief Asad Durrani were only named in the supreme court decision and his leader Nawaz Shrif was not mentioned in the decision but he failed to convince the nation that they all funded IJI which was lead by Nawaz Sharif.
