The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.
Meghan Markle wears beaded friendship bracelet 'engraved with the initials of someone who was not attending the games
Wearing a bead bracelet she had received, she held up her arm to loud cheers and said the initials of someone who was unable to make the game had been etched on them.
'So many people at home are rooting for you. Thank you, and look forward to a fantastic week. I can't wait until one day to bring our kids so they can experience how fantastic it is,' said Meghan.
Meghan's bracelet read 'I am Invictus', a nod to the motto of the competition for wounded and disabled military veterans.
The Duchess revealed:
'We've also received a few gifts from the Canadian team we got a bracelet and on that bracelet, they put the initials of one of the people who wasn't able to make it here tonight.'
One royal fan account on Instagram claimed to have received a reply from the person who created the bracelet.
They said they had also made some for Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie and 'cried happy tears' after seeing the royal couple wearing the items.
Meanwhile, the Duchess made a special mention of her children at the Invictus Games yesterday.
