PILDAT says Feb 8 polls record lowest fairness score since 2013

  The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.

: According to media reports the United States to Leave Afghanistan within 48-72 hours leaving Afghanistan in Panic and terror.

Some unconfirmed reports also suggest that, Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has handed over the Govt to the Taliban and currently Presidential Palace is under Taliban Contorl. 

According to CNN, some very senior Afghan Officials are present at Kabil Airport waiting to be evacuated.

US abmessy is asked to avacuate and they are under wiping up process to shreed important document, as they are to clear the premises within 48-72 hours, which means the United States will not abide by its mandate to stay in Afghanistan until its 31 August deadline, which caused more panic and terror amongst the citizens.

The Afghan who worked with U.S. troops also fear rtaliation by Taliban as U.S.

According to Aljazeera, Taliban and Govt are in talks on peaceful power transfer after they surrendered the capital.

"We will not interfare within Aghan politics, it is their internal matter", Says Pakistani FM, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, while addressing a press conference, "We will respect any government in Kabul and are bound to cooperate with it. " He added.

According to Aljazeera news, The Taliban said it has instructed its fighters to refrain from violence and offer safe passage to anyone wishing to leave Kabul. 

 “Until the completion of the transition process, the responsibility for the security of Kabul is with the other side (the Afghan government),” a spokesman for the group said in a tweet. 

The Afghan government soon after signalled there were negotiations under way to avoid bloodshed in Kabul and to transition power.
