PILDAT says Feb 8 polls record lowest fairness score since 2013

  The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.

Countries Ease Lockdown as Corona Cases Sour rapidly


Many Countries including United States, Europe has eased lockdown as corona Pandemic continues to surge Worldwide. A total  2,406,745 infected cases are reported world wide with 625,001 recovered and  165,257 dead.

United States is reporting 770,564 infected cases with 70,799 recovered and more than 41,114 dead.

Italy is top second country with 178,972 infected and 23,660 dead, whereas, Spain 198,674 4 infected and 21,238 dead.

Pakistan has also eased lockdwon restrictions as government has announced to open up Mosques for prayer. 

Government has also announced to mark coming Friday as the day of repentance and allowed people to pray in Masjids after Prime Minister Imran Khan consultation with Ulemae Kiram (religious leaders) of all sects.

The above descision is seen strange and bold considering the current situation of the country where Corona cases in the country has doubled and tripled. 

Pakistan has 8,418 corona cases with more than 176 dead till today.
