PILDAT says Feb 8 polls record lowest fairness score since 2013

  The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.

More than 132 students killed after Terrorist attacked a School in Peshawar Pakistan

Peshawar: Taliban terrorist attacked an Army Public School Peshawar killing more than 132 students along their teachers and staff, while more than 200 were injured in the attack according to Pakistani media. 

At least 12 bomb blasts were heard inside the school building as suicide attackers targeted the school children the Defense Area of Peshawar Pakistan.

ISPR has said that five terrorists have been killed until now and rear side of the school building is under the process of clearance.

The attack happened at about 11:30 local time when more than 10 terrorist wearing army uniforms and equipped with modern weapons entered the school building and attacked the school.

This is not the first incident in Pakistan when Taliban has attacked a school but the loss of lives in this attack in huge as more than 132 students were killed and school building is still under siege by the terrorist and death toll may increase as terrorist are holding inside the building. It is still unclear that whether terrorist are using students as human shields or not.  

Prime Minister of Pakistan has condemned the attack and announced three day mourning in the country. Both Prime Minister and defense minister are in Peshawar to supervise the attack.

Tahreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) a terrorist organization in Pakistan has claimed the responsibility of the attack. This seems to be huge terrorist attack over any educational organization in the world.
