PILDAT says Feb 8 polls record lowest fairness score since 2013

  The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.

Hambantota, Sri Lanka: Pakistan has beaten Sri Lanka by 4 wickets in the first ODI match of 3 match series played here of the tour. Pakistan won the toss and decided to field first and Sri Lanka scored 274 runs from 45 overs as rain affected the rest of the play. 

Although, Pakistani openers started well but when wickets started falling they fell in a row and Pakistani hopes were dashed when they lost their captain Misbah's 5th wicket on the total score of 105 runs only.

Fawad Alam and Sohaib Maqsood produced one the best ever 147 runs 6th wicket  partnership and Pakistan won the match by 4 wickets and sparing 1 ball.

Fawad Alam scored 62 on 61 balls, whereas, Sohaib Maqsood remained not out on 89 runs.

Man of the Match Sohaib Maqsood of Pakistan and Pakistan is leading 3 match series by 1-0.
