PILDAT says Feb 8 polls record lowest fairness score since 2013

  The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.

Samsung to try TIZEN on Samsung Z models
Seoul: Word's No 1 smartphone maker has announced to unveil its first smartphone powered by TIZEN, which is an open source operating system (OS), in a bid to rely less on Google's Android (OS).

Samsung is planning to show up Samsung Z at the TIZEN Developer Conference to be held this week in San Francisco, USA.

Samsung Z, with Tizen operating system, is capable of faster start-up time and multitasking capabilities with hardware specification of 4.8 inch HD Super AMOLED display and 2.3 GHz Quad-core processor. 

Samsung Z will be available in the third quarter of this year in Russia, which will further expand to other markets later.

Many smartphone companies are trying to rely less over Google due to its monopoly over the internet market.
