Fatullah : Pakistan beat Afghanistan by 72 runs in the third match of the tournament here in Bangladesh.
Afghanistan won the toss and decided to field first and troubled the Pakistan as they lost 6 wickets on 117 runs but Umar Akmal played well for Pakistan and put up a respective total of 248 runs. Umer Akmal remained not out on 102 runs and was given man of the match award.
In reply Afghanistan put up a good opening stance but their middle order collapsed and were all out on 176 runs. Hafeez took three wickets for Pakistan.
