PILDAT says Feb 8 polls record lowest fairness score since 2013

  The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.

Karachi : A renowned Pakistani news channel Express Tribune has revealed the name of the man arrested in connection with the murder of former MQM founder leader Dr Imran Farooq as a close relative of a Pakistani Politician and his name is Iftikhar Hussain. The above picture appeared on Tribune's face book page.

Although the Tribune did not dare name the unknown Pakistani Politician but some comments on the site revealed that arrested man Iftikhar Hussain is the Cousin of MQM Leader Altaf Hussain.

Few days ago, Met police officers had searched two residential properties in London as part of their investigation into the murder, one of them belonged to MQM Leader Altaf Hussain and police confiscated several documents from it.
