PILDAT says Feb 8 polls record lowest fairness score since 2013

  The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.

Gaza Strip: Palestinian Fighter have shoot down an Israeli F-16 in Gaza with a retaliatory rocket and captured Israeli soldiers.

Hamas said that their fighters downed an Israeli F-16 with a retaliatory rocket on Friday,  it will mark first huge air loss for Israel.


On the other hand Israel has continued pounding on Gaza with more than 600 sites overnight, but Palestinian has also continued firing rockets in Israeli territories and they claimed that they have fired more than 250 rockets on Friday which reached Israeli Capitol Tel Aviv for the first time and some of them landed around 200 meters near US embassy.

Meanwhile, residents of the besieged Gaza Strip say they are getting text messages warning of military escalation as reports suggest that Israeli military forces are preparing for a ground invasion of Gaza.

Protest on the Israeli aggression on Palestine has emerged world wide and Egypt has called back its ambassador from Israel. Egyptian Prime Minister Hesham Qandel has decried Israeli aggression on Gaza strip and told reporters while visiting Gaza that Egypt is trying to secure a cease fire.
