The Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has issued a report detailing its assessment of the recently-concluded general election, expressing deep concerns over a decline in fairness scores compared to previous election cycles.
Islamabad : Interior Minister Rehman Malik has warned to suspend cellular services in few cities of Pakistan to stop terror attacks.
Cellular services has informed interior ministry of terror attacks Eid ul Uzha as the cell phones may be used to blast bombs and carry out coordinated attacks.
The cellular services were also stopped during Eid ul Fitr in big cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Multan.
On 14 August, Baluchistan government also stopped cellular services in Quetta.
